Entry to our permanent collection and exhibitions is free for Â鶹ÊÓƵ Members. For the best experience and to ensure entry at your preferred time, please log in to your online account to view member ticket availability and pre-book your time slot.
How to book membership tickets
Step 1: Log in to your online account at
If you can’t remember your details, please use the Reset or forgot password? link
Step 2: Select the date you would like to visit from the calendar
Step 3: Select your entry time and scroll down to select your tickets
If you have an individual membership, please select one ‘Adult’ ticket. If you have a plus guest membership, please ensure you select two ‘Adult’ tickets
Step 4: Continue and review your basket – your free/discounted entry will be applied at this stage
Step 5: Review your order and check out
Step 6: We well send an order confirmation email and e-tickets to your email address
