We are thrilled to announce the news that Kaywin Feldman (MA 1991) has been appointed as the new Director of the National Gallery of Art in Washington! Formerly Director and President of the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Kaywin will be the first female director to lead the institution.
Some of you will have seen Kaywin at our ‘Gender Matters’ series at The Â鶹ÊÓƵ back in the spring, where she discussed the lack of gender parity in arts leadership. She has said that thisÌýnew appointment is ‘indicative of a sea change, nationally and internationally’.
