Exploring Colonial Histories: Online Teachers Event

Join the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s Learning Team for an online event (on Teams) exploring two new learning resources: Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Sugar Box: Sugar and Colonialism, and Gauguin’s Landscapes and Colonialism developed through consultation with Jean Campbell and Meera Chauda.
This event offers an opportunity to:

 

View the new learning resources before they are published and share your feedback and ideas.
Consider how to use practical art activities to explore themes of colonialism.
Gain deeper insight into the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ’s collection.
The resources have been developed for secondary key stages but could be adapted for primary students if you are a Key Stage 2 teacher and interested in attending.
