This is the first of two presentations by this year’s Research Associates. Four pairs of Research Associates, each composed of a graduate student from the department of Conservation and Technology and one studying art history, are investigating paintings from The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Gallery and other collections. They will each introduce the issues and report on the initial findings of their technical and art historical examination in a 20-minute presentation, followed by a short discussion. A second presentation in the summer term will present the developments and results of their project.
